Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction and peace of mind for our customers, which is why we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused, unmodified, unpainted
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Beyond 30 days: Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping fees on returns initiated after 30 days.

Beyond 60 days: Returns made after 60 days will incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees charged to the buyer.

Important Notes:

We do not provide return packaging. Customers are responsible for securely packing the return item.

Please contact our support team at support@ikonmotorsports.com before returning any item. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if applicable.

After shipping the return, please provide us with your tracking number and order number.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please email us within 3 business days of receiving your item.
Include:

  • Photos of the item and outer packaging
  • Your order number

We will review the issue within 1 business day. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. In these cases, return shipping is not required or will be covered by us.

REFUNDS

All returned items will be inspected by our quality assurance team. Once approved:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

We do not refund:

Items that have been used, damaged, modified, or are not in resalable condition

Items returned without prior authorization

WARRANTY

We offer a 60-day limited warranty on all products against manufacturer defects, including: Water leaks, LED or bulb failures, fitment defects (on properly installed items)

Warranty is exchange only. No refunds will be issued under warranty claims.

Warranty does not cover: Items damaged due to installation error, misuse, modification, or accidents, Normal wear and tear
