Q: What if the item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there's any issue (damage, missing parts, etc.), contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible (better in 12 hours after paid) with your order number. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll work with you on a return if needed.
Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or auto shops?

Q: What type of hardware is included?
Our products typically come with basic hardware—such as self-tapping screws for front lips—which may not be adequate for a proper installation.
It is the installer’s responsibility to assess whether additional hardware is required to securely fasten the part to the vehicle.

Q: What should I do if the part arrives slightly deformed? Can I fix it with a heat gun?
Some parts (like bumper covers, fender flares, or spoilers) may arrive slightly bent or deformed due to packaging pressure or temperature during transit — this is normal for plastic or polyurethane materials.
Our products are made from shape-memory plastic, which can be returned to their original shape using a heat gun or hair dryer. Be careful not to overheat or hold the heat source too close, as this may damage the part. If you need assistance, our support team is ready to help.
Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please try the following:
1. Check around your property – Carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots like side doors, garages, porches, or behind planters.
2. Ask neighbors or household members – Packages can occasionally be delivered to the wrong door or received by someone at home.
3. Wait 24 hours – Occasionally, carriers mark packages as “Delivered” slightly early.
