Q: Why is my order delayed?

Delays may occur due to holidays or weather events. Carriers are usually closed during national holidays. You’ll receive tracking updates via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Q: Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on each item’s size, weight, or stock location.

Q: Are the products brand new and high quality?

Absolutely. All our parts are 100% brand new, quality-tested, and manufactured with durable materials. We take pride in offering high-performance parts at affordable prices.

Q: Is installation difficult?

Most of our parts are engineered for direct bolt-on installation, requiring little to no modification.

Depending on your experience with aftermarket parts, most of our products can be installed by yourself using basic tools.

Professional installation is highly recommended.

Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation

Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk buyers, dealerships, and auto repair shops. Contact us with your business info and order quantities, and we’ll get back with a custom quote.

Q: What type of hardware is included?

Our products typically come with basic hardware—such as self-tapping screws for front lips—which may not be adequate for a proper installation.

It is the installer’s responsibility to assess whether additional hardware is required to securely fasten the part to the vehicle.

Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation

Q: What should I do if the part arrives slightly deformed? Can I fix it with a heat gun?

Some parts (like bumper covers, fender flares, or spoilers) may arrive slightly bent or deformed due to packaging pressure or temperature during transit — this is normal for plastic or polyurethane materials.

Our products are made from shape-memory plastic, which can be returned to their original shape using a heat gun or hair dryer. Be careful not to overheat or hold the heat source too close, as this may damage the part. If you need assistance, our support team is ready to help.

Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please try the following:

1. Check around your property – Carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots like side doors, garages, porches, or behind planters.

2. Ask neighbors or household members – Packages can occasionally be delivered to the wrong door or received by someone at home.

3. Wait 24 hours – Occasionally, carriers mark packages as “Delivered” slightly early.

If you still haven’t received your package after 24 hours, contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
